Iran is prepared to reinitiate nuclear negotiations with the United States on condition that it is handled with "dignity" and "honor", Tehran's foreign minister has announced.

Abbas Araghchi stated solely negotiations produced results, and disclosed recent overtures had come from intermediaries to reopen negotiations with the US government. He asserted Iran had zero unreported enrichment locations, and Tehran had not yet reached a point to authorize the UN nuclear inspectorate to inspect struck enrichment centers for safety concerns.

Walking a Difficult Route

The foreign minister is navigating a difficult course since Iran aims to avoid appear to be operating from a position of disadvantage, and he insisted repeatedly that Iran had arisen more powerful militarily and mentally from the Israeli-US attack on its enrichment centers in June.

He was talking at a security conference in Tehran where he reiterated that Iran had "a fundamental entitlement to process nuclear material domestically that it will always maintain" – the key factor of the impasse in the earlier negotiations.

Earlier Negotiations Suddenly Ended

The earlier sessions of negotiations between the United States and Iran were concluded unexpectedly and bitter end on 12 June when Israel, with American backing, attacked Tehran's atomic facilities in a two-week conflict that ended with the US president claiming the locations had been destroyed. Afterward, EU nations exercised their privilege to reinstate global restrictions, but Iran maintains they have not had a significant effect.

Magic Solution Suggested

Tehran representatives stated they felt they had attained a "magic solution" to the enrichment issue in earlier negotiations, when it was settled an Iran-based consortium with US participation could process nuclear material. The two nations would have been able to assert triumph since local refinement would have continued and the US could be confident that Iran's atomic project was entirely non-military.

It had not been settled in the discussions that US nuclear scientists could function on Iranian soil, but that was a natural consequence of the partnership suggestion. Diplomats claimed three times they had secured an understanding with Washington's diplomat Steve Witkoff only for the arrangement to collapse due to "opponents in the US".

Present Status

Iran's diplomats declared the consortium offer was now withdrawn, but it seems very probable the offer could be reintroduced in various formats if discussions reopen.

The American leader recently stated he had been receiving messages that Iran sought to restart talks, but privately Tehran representatives state they are not yet receiving coherent offers from America either straightforwardly or from significant local go-betweens, such as the Qatari government, Egypt, the Omani authorities and Saudi Arabia. The Tehran's diplomatic corps has been accused of inactivity in the wake of Trump's direct instinctive approach, but Tehran states diplomacy is not part of a spectacle.

Negotiating Standpoint

In his remarks to the conference, intended to paint the US as a hegemonic power that misuses the notion of global regulations, Araghchi said the two-week conflict revealed the dispute could not be resolved by combat operations. He stated the assaults began with a American requirement for an unconditional Iranian surrender and ended with an unconditional call for a ceasefire.

Iran is assured the initial Israeli attacks were executed with complete American awareness and cooperation, making trust hard to reestablish.

Dialogue Stays the Ultimate Resolution

The foreign minister declared: "Tehran was not the one that had deserted dialogue; it was the United States and the western countries that had always tried to impose their will during the discussions. Diplomacy can still be active and remains the primary resolution to address disputes, but its standards, guidelines and tenets must be followed."

"In case they speak to the Iranian people with the tone of respect and respect, they will obtain a answer in the equivalent approach."

Restoration and Reconstruction

In what is portrayed by Iranian officials as the conflict of recovery and rebuilding, the foreign minister stated he was confident Iran's defence capabilities "have significantly improved than prior to 13 or 14 June of this year. Our entire military infrastructure have been rebuilt. We learned many lessons from this conflict; we have discovered our internal vulnerabilities and the shortcomings of the adversary."

He continued: "We effectively endured this war. Our nuclear technology, which they intended to eliminate, continues to exist. The facilities and machinery, if destroyed, will be reconstructed; what is essential is the resolve of the nation of Iran and then the unity of the country that they aimed at, but failed to break. The Iranian people have developed stronger, more integrated, and more supportive of the leadership and the state in the face of this invasion."
